Founded in 1979, The Blue Parrot was named after the competing bar to Rick's American Café in the classic Humphrey Bogart film, Casablanca. Over the years, it has changed hands only once and is now proudly family-owned and operated. With generations of European espresso-making expertise, our passion for coffee shines through in every steaming cup.
